We are the Manitoba chapter of EngiQueers Canada

 

We strive to improve the state of diversity and inclusion of queer people in the faculty and the engineering profession.

Our parent organization EngiQueers Canada is a national non-profit organization representing engineering schools across the country. The EQ Canada network provides visibility, support, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ engineering students.

 

At the U of M members provide a sustainable community through social events, educational sessions, and professional development. Through student-led allyship and advocacy, academic faculty and professional engineers further their understanding of the benefits of diversity and inclusion.
