Our goal is to bring visibility to the 2SLGBTQ+ community in engineering and make engineering a more inclusive space. This is achieved by providing our members and partners with social events, educational sessions, and professional development opportunities.

By helping students, academic faculty, and industry professionals understand the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion, we hope to break down barriers that may prevent 2SLGBTQ+ engineering students from completing their education and entering the professional world.

As a student-led, non-profit organization, we count on partnering with 2SLGBTQ-friendly companies and organizations to assist us in raising the funds necessary for us to accomplish our goals and provide exceptional programming to our members.
